All refunds will only be considered if they are requested due to one of the following reasons: 1. The player cannot be placed upon a team due to lack of volunteers, coaches, or players prior to the start of the season. 2. The player cannot play due to a medical reason; a physician’s note must accompany the refund request. AND CSA may refund only 90% of your registration fee prior to being placed or drafted on a team, only 50% may be refunded after being placed or drafted on a team prior to the first game of the season, no refund after the season starts. CSA will not refund any online processing, uniform or late fees. All refund requests will be considered at the next scheduled board meeting.

The Cleburne Soccer Association will refund your registration fees with the following guidelines: 1. If registered with a credit card, there is a $5.00 processing fee that is non-refundable 2. Practice T-Shirts or other merchandise purchased are not included in the refund amount 3. If a uniform was ordered, there is a $25.00 fee that is non-refundable. 4. Refund requests are not accepted if a player has played in a game for this season. 5. If a player is temporarily unable to play before the first game of the season, you may elect to apply your entire fee to the next season.
