Rules and Bylaws

This Association shall be governed by its members who shall consist of the Board of Directors of the Association and the recognized members in good standing, each of whom shall be entitled to their members vote. No proxies will be accepted for voting purposes. Only the recognized members will have the right to speak at the meeting. Any Board of Director or member may introduce anyone to speak provided he has the permission of the chair.

Even if you’re not going to be involved in any sort of coaching role, you can be more supportive and understanding of your own child if you try to learn something about the game and the various skills involved. Member Associations whose teams participate in Mansfield Playing Alliance (MPA) share in the duties and responsibility of effective league management. Each league member agrees to abide by the Playing Rules and Regulation of MPA as well as the Bylaws, Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures of Mansfield Soccer Association (MSA) to the extent they are not in conflict with the Playing Rules and Regulations of MPA.
