CSA Bylaws
This Association shall be governed by its members who shall consist of the Board of Directors of the Association and the recognized members in good standing, each of whom shall be entitled to their members vote. No proxies will be accepted for voting purposes. Only the recognized members will have the right to speak at the meeting. Any Board of Director or member may introduce anyone to speak provided he has the permission of the chair.
Coach & Spectator Policy
This letter provides guidance and policy concerning conduct by coaches and spectators at all soccer matches.

Meeting Policy

Fee Policy
This letter provides guidance and policy concerning the fees associated with registering through the Cleburne Soccer Association.

Team Formation Committee & Policy

Let Them Play
One of the best things you can do to help your child learn to play soccer is to enjoy the game yourself. Even if you’re not going to be involved in any sort of coaching role, you can be more supportive and understanding of your own child if you try to learn something about the game and the various skills involved. That’s why this book is directed toward parents as well as coaches.

MPA Playing Rules
Member Associations whose teams participate in Mansfield Playing Alliance (MPA) share in the duties and responsibility of effective league management. Each league member agrees to abide by the Playing Rules and Regulation of MPA as well as the Bylaws, Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures of Mansfield Soccer Association (MSA) to the extent they are not in conflict with the Playing Rules and Regulations of MPA.
